Returns & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing from Vibrations Of The Ether, publisher of the Little Laws of Success series. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for hardcover books, paperback books, and PDF ebooks purchased directly through littlelawsofsuccess.com.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. Purchases made through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Google Play Books, or another retailer are subject to that retailer’s policies.

Printed Books Are Made to Order

Every paperback and hardcover copy is printed on demand specifically for your order — we do not hold stock. For this reason, made-to-order books are final sale and we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges, including change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights when a book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — see the next section — and it does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a book that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the problem;
  • A photograph of the book; and
  • A photograph of the shipping package, if applicable.

After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution. We cover reasonable return-shipping costs when the mistake or damage is our responsibility, and we will tell you where to send the book if a return is required. Please do not mail a book back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Minor variations in color, print placement, binding, paper, or appearance that occur during normal printing are not considered defects unless they materially affect the book’s use or readability.

PDF Ebooks and Digital Products

Because our PDF books are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, ebook purchases are final and nonrefundable once the download link has been provided.

We may provide a replacement file or a refund when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same ebook;
  • You received the wrong ebook;
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened; or
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Please tell us what device, operating system, and reading application you are using so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Our books are supplied as PDF files, which is disclosed before purchase. Purchasing in a format that does not suit your device does not by itself qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a printed-book order before it enters printing or ships. Because print-on-demand orders are sent to production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after an order has been submitted. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under the damaged/defective process above.

Ebook orders cannot be canceled after the download link has been delivered.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible refund is approved, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and check with members of your household, neighbors, or building management. We will assist when reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

If we cannot ship an order within the time promised — or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated — we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
