This Privacy Policy explains how Vibrations Of The Ether (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or buy from littlelawsofsuccess.com.
We are a small independent publisher. We do not sell your personal information, and we collect only what we need to take your order, deliver your books, and answer your questions.

2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide one), the items you ordered, and anything you write to us in a message.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment providers, WooPayments (operated by Automattic) and Stripe. Your full card number is submitted directly to them — we never receive, see, or store your full card number. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and software record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site or link that referred you to us.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your username, email address, and order history so you can access your purchases and downloads.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential / functional cookies set by WooCommerce — these remember your cart contents and your session so checkout works. The site cannot function as a shop without them.
- Order attribution cookies set by WooCommerce — these record how you arrived at our site (for example, a search engine or a link) so we can understand which channels bring readers to us.
- Analytics cookies — we may use Google Analytics, via the Site Kit by Google plugin, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Where used, Google may set cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions.

- To process and fulfil your order, including delivering PDF download links and shipping printed books;
- To send order confirmations, receipts, and shipping or delivery updates;

- To handle returns, replacements, and refunds under our Refund and Return Policy;
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
- To understand, in aggregate, how our site is used so we can improve it; and
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
5. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only with what they need:
- Payment processing — WooPayments (Automattic) and Stripe, to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Print fulfilment — printed books are made to order and drop-shipped. To ship your order we provide the printer with your name and shipping address. We do not share your payment details with them.
- Website hosting — our host stores the site and its data on our behalf.
- Analytics — Google, where analytics is enabled, in aggregate form.
- Legal — we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep order records, including your name, address, and order details, for as long as needed to provide support and honour our policies, and thereafter for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Support emails are kept until they are no longer needed.

You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is wrong;
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it (for example, completed order records we must retain for tax purposes); or
- Provide a copy of the information you gave us.

Our books are written for children, but this website is intended for adults. Our Terms & Conditions require purchasers to be 18 or older, and we do not create accounts for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask children for personal information, and we do not direct advertising to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at vibrationsoftheether@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and payment details are transmitted directly to our payment providers rather than to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
