These Terms and Conditions govern your use of littlelawsofsuccess.com, operated by Vibrations Of The Ether, publisher of the Little Laws of Success series, referred to in these Terms as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase. A minor may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Availability
We sell hardcover books, paperback books, PDF ebooks, and other products described on the website. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, formats, covers, dimensions, colors, and availability. Actual colors and physical details may vary slightly because of screen settings or normal printing differences.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and optional fees will be displayed before you submit payment.
You agree to provide current, accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We may correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order you already placed, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the corrected terms or cancel the affected item for a refund.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order because of product unavailability; pricing or description errors; suspected fraud or unauthorized payment; violation of these Terms; or shipping or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently sell and ship within the United States. Printed books are made to order and shipped directly to you.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address; additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Returns and Refunds
All purchases are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please note that printed books are made to order and are final sale except where they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Ebook License
Purchasing a PDF ebook gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to download and use the ebook for your own personal, noncommercial use within your household. You may print pages for use with your own children or students in your immediate care.
Purchasing an ebook does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute the ebook except for reasonable personal backup copies;
- Upload it to a public or shared website, drive, network, or file-sharing service;
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or give away copies;
- Remove copyright, author, publisher, or digital-rights notices;

All content on the website — including books, excerpts, characters (including Leo), stories, artwork, cover designs, photographs, logos, graphics, downloads, videos, and website text — is owned by or licensed to Vibrations Of The Ether and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may access the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No content may be copied, republished, sold, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
